He possesses strong expertise in supporting industries, particularly in the textile and manufacturing sectors, to achieve compliance with national and international environmental standards and certification requirements.

Professional Journey
Mr. Sarker began his career in the field of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operation and management in 2011, where he developed strong technical expertise in wastewater treatment systems.
He started his professional journey at SQ Hues Limited in 2013, where he worked as a Senior Executive to Assistant Manager, gaining hands-on experience in ETP operation and process management.
He later transitioned into environmental compliance, joining Aswad Composite Mills Limited as Assistant Manager – EMS, where he worked on environmental management systems and compliance implementation.
He then served as Deputy Manager – Environment at DIRD Group, contributing to compliance strategies, audit preparation, and sustainability initiatives.
Following this, he joined Robintex (Bangladesh) Limited as Assistant Vice President (AVP) – EMS & ECR, where he led environmental compliance operations, managed large-scale ETP systems, and handled international buyer requirements and audits.
Entrepreneurial Journey
In 2025, Mr. Sarker founded Green Catalyst with a vision to provide practical, result-oriented environmental consultancy services to industries and organizations.
As Founder & Director, he leads the company in delivering solutions related to compliance, certification, sustainability, and ETP management.
International Freelance Experience
In addition to his corporate career, Mr. Sarker has also worked on international platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, providing consultancy services to clients—primarily from the USA and Canada.
